I found SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate In emule , but this is chinese version , may be english language patch can change to engliosh version .

In case anyone wants to know, I still have the file on momo's site(The ContentExpansion only) I just need to find a good website or file uploading site to upload it.. Just ask if you want it..

Another way to install TSS is installing your SWAT 4 1.0 but don't crack it yet. Download the official patch 1.1, update it, and then you can crack. After that, you can extract the ContenExpansion file and you can now play! <- Hope atleast someone understands this. Ahahahahah...

1st, you need to get bit torrent or utorrent.
2nd, you need a virtual dvd.I use "Virtual clonedrive".
3rd, go to folder then select all winrar file then right click then extract all here. an .iso file will appear.
4th, mount the .iso file to virtual clonedrive and wait for autorun.
note: if the autorun doesn't work, go to my computer and explore your virtual drive.
5th, enjoy! )
