A warning to my friends who are living in HK

Please prepare your self with reserve foods, water, rechargeable lamps. the Philippine country is now experiencing the worst rain pour in our history. and as of my knowledge, most of the typhoons that passes the Philippines has more chance to hit HK too. Many cities in Manila that never experience flood before have been flooded above the roof of their houses, leaving many death tolls in my country. HK please prepare your self because I don't want you to be surprised like filipinos received this onslaught unprepared. thanks.
